All the people of the lands, be they human, half-orc, gypsy or otherwise, have been issued a call to arms by the newly installed Baron of Berium, Baron Glenn Underwood, and his steward, Aitrus Hellbringer. He has ordered an open conference to be held in Berium, at which he hopes to speak with all the peoples of Mordavia regarding the Dark One, the newly formed Mages' Guild, and the state of the lands.

The conference is open to people of all races, classes, and social standings, and will follow Underwood's official inauguration in the early afternoon. The afternoon and into the night shall be a time for forging new alliances and rekindling friendships past.

Lunch and dinner shall be provided for attendees. Weapons will be removed at the door - violators shall suffer the larder.

Attendees that are arriving on their own (not as retainers or journeymen of invited nobles or guild masters) and haven't been issued an official invitation are expected to write a quick letter to Baron Underwood forecasting their arrival at the conference. Unidentified attendants may be denied entry to the hall.

Time		Sunday 13th March, from 2pm to 11pm (crew will be needed from 1pm)

Cost		$18 for players, $10 for crew (includes a light late lunch and dinner)

What to Bring		Your character's costume, non-combat equipment, and cutlery. Finery is encouraged, the game will be entirely indoors.
Notes		Brian is organising bookings, venue and food. However, he will be a player at the event. The GM will be Steve Shipway (Dr Whitetree).
Risk & Reward		This game is rated as having Low risk. most of the action will be social, combat and death are possible but not very likely.
